If you submit our project inquiry form or contact us, we receive information you choose to provide, such as your name, email address, optional phone number, project type and location, project details, approximate budget, and timing. We use Cloudflare to securely process form submissions and GoHighLevel to store inquiries and support follow-up. Submitting this form does not enroll you in text-message or marketing programs.

If you use the Text Us widget, GoHighLevel / LeadConnector processes the name, phone number, message, and consent choices you submit to support communications and maintain consent records.

Information collected through the website

Our website host and security providers may process basic technical information needed to deliver and protect the site, such as IP address, browser and device details, requested pages, and request times. We do not use this website to collect payment-card or financial-account information.

How we use information

We may use information to respond to inquiries, discuss requested homebuilding or renovation services, operate and secure this website, keep business records, and meet legal obligations. We may use service providers to support website hosting, communications, and business operations. We do not sell personal information.

Text messages and mobile information

We will send text messages only when you separately provide the required consent for the message program described to you at enrollment. Consent to marketing messages, if offered, is separate from consent to informational messages. Message frequency may vary; message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. SMS consent is collected separately through the chat widget on our Text Us page. The project inquiry form does not collect SMS consent.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
