Terms of Service

Effective date: October 7, 2026

True Grain Homes is operated by CTB Legacy Properties LLC. These terms apply to your use of the True Grain Homes website. By using the site, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

Website information

This website provides general information about True Grain Homes and its homebuilding and renovation services. Website content is provided for informational purposes and does not constitute an offer, construction contract, estimate, guarantee, or professional advice. Project scope, pricing, schedules, availability, and terms are determined individually and become binding only in a signed written agreement.

Project inquiries

Submitting an inquiry or contacting us does not create a contractor-client relationship or guarantee that we will accept or undertake a project. Please do not send confidential, payment-card, or sensitive personal information through ordinary email.

Text messaging terms

True Grain Homes may offer text messaging for project-related updates and, if separately offered, promotional messages. We will send messages only to people who have provided the applicable consent. Marketing and informational consent are separate choices where both are offered, and SMS consent is not a condition of purchasing goods or services. SMS consent is collected separately through the chat widget on our Text Us page. The project inquiry form does not collect SMS consent.

Message frequency may vary based on your interaction and the program you choose. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any message to cancel; we will send a confirmation and stop further messages for that program. Reply HELP for assistance, or contact us using the details below. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Acceptable use and site content
