Leading the work, from the ground up.

On the Malibu, True Grain took over leadership of the custom-home build. Floodplain requirements became a major part of the work: coordinating multiple engineering firms, surveys, Dallas approvals, site elevation, compaction verification, foundation work, and the FEMA application.

Dallas fill approval has been obtained, the foundation has been poured, and rough-in plumbing is complete. FEMA review remains pending. We are leading the construction as well as bringing the technical work and approvals together.
